Summer is almost here and Ynyshir won big at the Food Awards Wales in Cardiff by claiming the coveted ‘Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Wales 2017‘ award!
Head Chef Gareth Ward will be at the Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival in Aberaeron on Sunday 9th July for the third year running to demonstrate his delicious seafood inspired recipes alongside other notable chefs.
We have brand new dinner packages starting from £195pp for dinner + B&B and great value multi-night packages if you would like a little longer to take in the mid Wales landscape. Explore the famous Ynyshir Nature reserve, take a trek into enchanting forestry, follow the Wales Coastal Path between Borth and Aberystwyth or just unwind in our peaceful grounds. As a bonus, all our multi night packages include a half bottle of English Sparkling!
It is Aberystwyth University Graduation week 18th – 21st July and we have limited availability in our restaurant if you are looking for an extra special celebration.
