Last year we gave our ex-head chef Corrin Harrison the chance to run his own kitchen and he's producing a small tasting menu in a chef's table style setting at the back of our wine bar. It's a communal, intimate experience, based around the grill and house party! Corrin's food takes the world-class ingredients and styles from his time at Ynyshir and transforms them into a beautiful 10-course dinner.
The relaxed wine bar features a broad selection of our favourite wines and beverages amongst surroundings that are inspired by the signature materials, textures and colours of Ynyshir. Drop in for a drink or come early for dinner and enjoy!
